Denisa is a creative and performance marketing specialist with more than six years of running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Sklik and TikTok. That background shapes how she makes content: before anyone presses record, she wants to know what is being sold, who it is for and what the viewer should do next.

She leads UGC and video production from start to finish. Concepts, scripts and hooks, then casting, locations and the shoot day, then the edit into a master, cutdowns and ad variants for every format. When the videos go into campaigns, she reads the retention, cost and return numbers and turns them into the next round of hooks.

Her UGC work runs through Influee. For Chlorito, a pool care brand, she combined creators from Influee with her own two-day production, and the creatives have contributed to more than 6,700 purchases. She has also led video and UGC production across six markets for Mandimu (formerly Jíme zdravě) and ran social ads for Knihobot & Bookbot in four countries.

Denisa is based in Ostrava and leads Hook & Roll, a small production team of camera operators, editors and a project manager. She works mainly with brands in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, plus clients across Europe.
