Conversion Rate Optimization Manager
Remote (EU)
You'll own conversion across our website and dashboard end to end: from a first visit, to a sign-up, to that sign-up becoming a paying customer. This is a hands-on, experiment-driven role sitting right at the intersection of growth and product, with a direct line to revenue.
Sales Development Representative (SMB)
You'll be the first conversation many prospective agencies have with Influee - identifying the right accounts, opening the door, and setting up qualified meetings for the team that closes them. Your work directly feeds our pipeline and growth targets.
Email Marketing Manager
You'll own everyone who's shown interest but hasn't converted, and everyone who's converted and churned, building the segmented, personalised programmes that bring them back. This role sits at the centre of how we turn interest into revenue over time, not just at the first touch.
SEO Lead
You'll own programmatic SEO for Influee across languages, markets, and use cases, building page systems that compound, not one-off content. This role is Claude-first by design: you'll use AI tooling as your default way of working, not as an occasional shortcut.
Growth Marketer (Manager)

We're looking for someone who sees a problem, opens a tab, figures it out, and moves. Someone who's been in marketing long enough to know the basics - email, ads, landing pages, but is still early enough to be excited about what's next.
Partnerships Manager
You'll build out Influee's partnership pipeline across the freelancer, agency, and SaaS segments: sourcing, activating, and keeping partners genuinely engaged, not just signed. This is a high-volume, relationship-driven role with a direct line to acquisition.
GTM Operator (Outbound)
You'll own outbound to prospective clients, with a current focus on performance, marketing, and UGC agencies: booking meetings for the closing team by writing messaging that actually speaks to how your buyers work and what they struggle with. This is a messaging-led role: you're judged on what you write and how well it lands, not on the tooling you assemble.
Customer Success Manager
You'll drive adoption of Influee's features across our entire customer base: inside the product first, through segmented communication second. This is a customer success role built for scale, not for one-to-one account management.
