We're looking for someone who sees a problem, opens a tab, figures it out, and moves. Someone who's been in marketing long enough to know the basics - email, ads, landing pages, but is still early enough to be excited about what's next.
What you'll actually be doing
- Running email marketing campaigns end-to-end: build, send, analyse, iterate.
- Setting up and optimising paid ads (Meta/Facebook): from creative testing to spend decisions.
- Building and updating landing pages via CMS, no dev needed, just get it done.
- Supporting influencer outreach: sending LinkedIn connection requests, first messages, keeping pipelines moving.
- Helping map out our outbound and partnerships approach: initial steps, spotting where things break.
- Supporting our COO directly: research, coordination, follow-ups, whatever keeps things moving.
- Using AI tools as your default: not as a shortcut, but as a multiplier.
Who we're looking for
- ~1–2 years of hands-on marketing experience: you've actually launched things, not just watched someone else do it.
- You know your way around email marketing tools, ad platforms, and CMS: not perfectly, but enough to move fast.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity: this role is still being shaped, and that's by design.
- Resourceful and self-directed: you figure things out, then ask if you're still stuck.
- Curious about marketing outside of work hours: you read stuff, notice campaigns, have opinions.
- Based in Slovenia.
