Growth Marketer

We're looking for someone who has been around the block - about 2 years in, enough to know how things work, but still hungry and building. Someone who has clicked through enough tools and campaigns to hit the ground running, and who brings their own ideas to the table.

You'll work directly as the right hand of our Head of Growth at a fast-growing SaaS platform operating across 24+ markets.

What you'll be doing

• Working side by side with the Head of Growth on campaigns, experiments, and scaling what works
• Running and optimizing marketing activities across channels
• Launching and managing paid ads (Meta/Facebook) - from setup to creative testing to optimization
• Using email marketing software to build, send, and iterate on campaigns
• Building and updating landing pages via CMS - no dev needed, you just get it done
• Using AI tools to move faster and smarter
• Spotting opportunities, flagging problems, and coming back with solutions

Who we're looking for

• ~2 years of hands-on marketing experience
• You've used email marketing software, launched ads, created landing pages in CMS
• AI-native: you use AI tools as a default, not a last resort
• You figure things out on your own - resourceful, not dependent
• Genuinely curious about marketing - you follow trends, test things, think about it outside of work hours too
• Ambitious and driven - you want to grow fast
• Based in Slovenia is a plus, but not a requirement - we're remote-first
