We are a leading UGC platform enabling collaboration between UGC creators and brands/agencies. With operations in 23 markets, +70k creators, and 200% YoY growth, Influee is entering its next phase of expansion - and sales is becoming a key pillar of that journey.

We’re looking for a Head of Sales who can bring structure and direction to our revenue efforts. This role is focused on building the foundations: clear processes, predictable funnels, early outbound motion, and a practical approach to testing and scaling new European markets.

The Purpose of This Role

This is not a role with established playbooks - you’ll be the one creating them. Your focus will be designing a sales system that turns early demand into predictable results and sets the groundwork for expansion across key EU markets.

You will:

  • Structure and optimise the inbound sales funnel
  • Build and validate our first local sales setups in focus markets
  • Lead and scale outbound, including cold outreach and messaging
  • Establish workflows, tooling, and processes that support repeatable growth

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales (SMB or mid-market)
  • Proven achievements (e.g., new market entry, outbound creation, conversion improvements)
  • Experience working across European markets
  • Strong understanding of sales tools and automation
  • Experience leading SDR/AE teams
  • Ease working in fast-moving, early-stage environments

What to expect

  • You won’t step into a traditional leadership role with an existing team - you’ll start as the core sales engine yourself, working hands-on to build the motion before hiring and scaling a team around it.
  • Your work will be visible fast - you’ll collaborate directly with leadership and influence decisions early.
  • We prioritise clarity and fast learning - when something works, we scale it; when it doesn’t, we adapt quickly.
  • You’ll have flexibility in how you work - with the option of using our Ljubljana office whenever you need a base.
  • Your compensation reflects the impact you create - the structure is designed to scale as the sales engine you build matures.
