We are a leading UGC platform enabling collaboration between UGC creators and brands/agencies. With operations in 23 markets, +70k creators, and 200% YoY growth, Influee is entering its next phase of expansion - and sales is becoming a key pillar of that journey.
We’re looking for a Head of Sales who can bring structure and direction to our revenue efforts. This role is focused on building the foundations: clear processes, predictable funnels, early outbound motion, and a practical approach to testing and scaling new European markets.
The Purpose of This Role
This is not a role with established playbooks - you’ll be the one creating them. Your focus will be designing a sales system that turns early demand into predictable results and sets the groundwork for expansion across key EU markets.
You will:
- Structure and optimise the inbound sales funnel
- Build and validate our first local sales setups in focus markets
- Lead and scale outbound, including cold outreach and messaging
- Establish workflows, tooling, and processes that support repeatable growth
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales (SMB or mid-market)
- Proven achievements (e.g., new market entry, outbound creation, conversion improvements)
- Experience working across European markets
- Strong understanding of sales tools and automation
- Experience leading SDR/AE teams
- Ease working in fast-moving, early-stage environments
