Senior Partnership Manager

We are a leading UGC platform enabling seamless collaboration between creators and brands/agencies. Active in 23 markets and trusted by 70,000+ creators, we’re entering a new phase of growth - with product marketing playing a crucial role in shaping how our value is communicated and understood.

The Purpose of This Role

You’ll build Influee’s partnership ecosystem from the ground up - identifying promising segments, validating traction, and creating a scalable, predictable pipeline of partners that move the growth needle.

Your work will directly influence expansion, acquisition performance, and the long-term partner strategy across global markets.

You Will

  • Test and validate new partnership segments (agencies, UGC creators, ecom influencers, adtech SaaS, VCs) - turning early wins into scalable acquisition channels.
  • Build and manage the entire partnership pipeline: lead list creation, outreach, evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Equip partners with impactful co-marketing assets (badges, portfolio showcases, affiliate structures, templates) and keep them engaged throughout the lifecycle.
  • Work closely with leadership to design partnership structures, incentives, and repeatable playbooks that can scale globally.
  • Operate hands-on: running partner calls, tracking progress, analyzing performance, and ensuring every active partner contributes meaningfully to acquisition and revenue.

What You Bring

  • Senior-level experience in partnerships, BD, or affiliate management - ideally having managed hundreds of partnerships at scale.
  • A proven ability to validate new channels and convert early traction into repeatable, scalable processes.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills; able to confidently lead calls, negotiate, and maintain long-term alignment with partners.
  • Highly operational mindset: structured, organized, and capable of owning full partnership cycles independently.
  • (Nice to have) Understanding of performance marketing and how UGC fits into the acquisition landscape.
