Sales Development Representative

We are a leading UGC platform helping creators and brands/agencies collaborate seamlessly. Active in 24 markets and trusted by 100,000+ creators, we’re entering a new phase of growth and expanding our customer-facing team.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who enjoys working with clients, communicates confidently, and wants to grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You Will

  • Communicate with existing and prospective clients to guide them through their first campaigns.
  • Support clients during onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful start.
  • Lead scripted product demos and host demo calls for inbound leads (no outbound prospecting required).
  • Understand the basics of performance marketing and UGC to provide helpful recommendations.
  • Gather feedback from clients and share insights internally to improve our pitches and processes.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, including leading sales meetings, demo calls, and client presentations — ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in sales fundamentals, including leading conversations, hosting demo calls, presenting value, and guiding clients toward decisions.
  • A proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset.
