🏆 Influee is a leading UGC platform that enables collaboration between UGC creators and brands / agencies. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing global SaaS startup, operating in 23 markets and growing +200% YoY. We operate a community of +70k creators globally making us the largest UGC platform around.

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us attract, engage, and hire world-class talent across multiple functions and markets. You’ll play a key role in scaling our team by identifying exceptional candidates, building strong pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for roles in development, sales, marketing, and operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions (tech, sales, marketing, and operations).
• Background in hiring for tech companies or startups, ideally fast-paced and high-growth.
• Experience recruiting in multiple countries, with an understanding of diverse hiring markets and challenges.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of experience with Talent Acquisition
