Refund Policy

We believe in the quality of our service and we always work on perfect execution. In order to achieve fast delivery of quality content, this also depends on some factors on your side. These include accepting/rejecting creators on the shortlist and the shipping time from the selection of your creators to the actual shipping of the product to them. If these steps are completed as soon as you are notified, you have completed your task and we will take care of the rest. If not, the process will be delayed, causing numerous problems.

What you need to do


Once you are notified that creators are on the shortlist, you have up to 5 days to select the creators you want to work with and reject those you feel are not the best fit for your product.

If you do not go through the shortlist within 5 days, you will receive a reminder email to complete this task and the deadline will be extended by another 5 days. If you do not respond to the reminder emails, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order and refund you 80% of the cost. You will be notified of this by email and you must respond within 3 days before the order will be cancelled and the cost refunded.


Once creators are selected, you will have 10 days to ship the products to all creators. If you do not ship the products within 10 days, you will receive a reminder email extending that deadline by an additional 5 days.

If you do not respond to the reminder emails, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order and issue a 65% refund. You will be notified of this by email and must respond within 3 days before the order will be cancelled and the refund made.

If you decide to proceed with your order after you have not shipped the product within the specified 15 days, you can still send the products to the creators and receive the content. However, if something goes wrong with the creators, you will not be entitled to a refund due to the length of the shipping process and the resulting delay in our delivery process.

Things to pay attention to

Changing the briefing while creators are already creating content

If you decide to change the briefing after the creators have already started creating the content, you accept that the delivery time of the content will be extended due to the changes made after the creators' initial approval. This may also result in the need to ship to additional creators.

Defective products

If a product cannot be used for content creation, the creator will notify us and we will notify you immediately. If the product is simply broken or damaged, we will ask you to send another product to the creator. If the product is defective or does not match the description, we will have to stop working with you and refund you 50% of the value of the undelivered content, since we provided you with the creators as agreed.

We try to work with quality products, and if there is a problem with the quality of the product, we will lose the trust of our creators, which is not the best image for our company.

Working with creators means working with people

When working with multiple creators from all over the world, we have to take into account some factors. In some cases, creators may not be able to continue creating content due to illness or the loss of a family member. In this case, we will inform you about the situation and ask you to send the product to additional creators if needed. In return, you will receive a token that you can use to purchase additional content completely free of charge.

Refund entitlement at different stages of the order

We understand that in business, some things change and you may not want to proceed with your order. However, once you submit your order for review, you should know that our team is already investing a lot of time to move the process forward as quickly as possible. Below is the percentage of your original purchase that you can receive as a refund if you decide to cancel your order at any time.


If you cancel the order after we have sent you a shortlist of creators and before the products are shipped, you are entitled to an 80% refund.


If you cancel the order after you have accepted the creators and we have already briefed them or are in the process of doing so, you are entitled to a 65% refund.

Active content creation

If you decide to cancel the order while the order is active, meaning the creators are already creating the content, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the value of the remaining content you have not yet received, as the creators involved are entitled to compensation if they fulfil their obligations.
